Terms and Conditions vcity33 – Our Platform Usage Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and vcity33 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, features, and content available on the vcity33 platform, whether accessed through our official website or mobile app.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any vcity33 service, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use the vcity33 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. vcity33 does not permit any form of use by underage individuals and will take strict action against any attempt to circumvent this requirement.
• Is a real individual (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated agent) registering for personal entertainment purposes.
• Is not currently on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban list issued by any relevant regulatory body.
• Does not reside in a geographic region that prohibits participation in online gaming activities. It is your responsibility to ensure your participation is lawful under your local laws.
• Has never held a vcity33 account that was previously terminated or suspended due to a terms violation.

3Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at vcity33. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your official identification document (MyKad or passport)
• Exact date of birth
• An active email address that you own and fully control
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number
• Financial information required for the verification and withdrawal process

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. vcity33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your account credentials to another party.

Identity verification (KYC) will be required before your first withdrawal or when requested by the vcity33 team. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, proof of current address, and bank statement. All documents are securely processed using our encryption system.

4Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

Vcity33 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through licensed payment channels.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page within the platform, and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. vcity33 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Vcity33 reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of being linked to illegal or suspicious activity.
• Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform's withdrawal page, typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the selected method.
• Your first withdrawal may require full KYC verification before it is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or digital wallet used for your deposit, to prevent fraud.
• Any taxes or charges imposed by the bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the member.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

Vcity33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each respective promotion.

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering rate will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus claim is allowed per individual.
• Vcity33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if fraud, system exploitation, or a breach of promotion terms is found to have occurred.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated alongside each offer. Unused bonuses that expire before the stated date will be automatically forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Vcity33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on vcity33 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by recognised independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and fair.

• Game results recorded by the vcity33 system are final and cannot be disputed unless a significant technical error can be proven to have occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, vcity33 reserves the right to void or restore the affected game based on valid system records.
• The use of any software, bots, or automated methods to play is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Members are not permitted to play using funds obtained from illegal activities. vcity33 cooperates fully with authorities in investigations related to money laundering.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, or collude with vcity33 staff is a serious violation that may result in legal action.

7Accepted Member Conduct

Vcity33 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Accordingly, the following behaviour is prohibited across all our platforms, including live chat and customer support:

• Use of offensive language, cyberbullying, threats, or harassment toward other members or vcity33 staff
• Sharing or selling your account, login credentials, or credit balance to another party
• Making false claims or defaming vcity33 or its staff on public platforms
• Engaging in any form of fraud, document forgery, or providing misleading information
• Using the platform for purposes other than legitimate personal entertainment

Vcity33 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, against any member who violates these conduct rules.

8Account Suspension and Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the vcity33 customer support team. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Vcity33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Requests from competent authorities
• Holding multiple accounts or sharing an account

9Liability Limits and Disclaimer

Vcity33 provides the gaming platform "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or specific game outcomes.

• Vcity33 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from participation in games, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disruption, vcity33 will make every effort to restore the situation to its prior state, but cannot guarantee full recovery in all circumstances.
• Vcity33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Vcity33's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws

Vcity33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via registered email and in-platform notification at least 14 days before those changes take effect.

Continued use of the vcity33 platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
